Cycle the Upper Aude Valley on winding roads, through deep gorges and legendary cols of the Pyrenees. A cycling Holiday in France offers challenging or easy trails to experience. Interesting itinary will blend wonderful scenery with physical effort.
VTT routes are displayed on local information boards. 39 mountain biking trail and 7 linking itineraries, over 870km of cycling tracks marked according to difficulty. Green and blue paths suit families and beginners. Red and black for experienced bikers.

Perpignan on the Wine Route
leading to Maury. Take a well earned rest at cafe viaduct Lapradelle. A great viewing point of
Puilaurens Castle. Carry on to Maury where you can return on the Tourist Train
